1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, international shipping to regions outside these two countries is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. No processing, shipping, or delivery services are provided on weekends or public holidays.
  • For orders shipping to Canada: An additional 1–2 business days may be required for verifying shipping details, preparing necessary customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices), and ensuring compliance with the destination country’s import regulations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Canadian Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch, considering cross-border customs clearance and potential regional transit variations.
    Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping demand during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • U.S. Domestic: Primary carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • To Canada: Partnered with USPS International to provide reliable shipping services. The specific carrier is determined by the destination address, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
    A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order ships. For U.S. domestic orders, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches the destination country’s customs office; further tracking can be accessed through the local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking platform.

5. How to Track Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status:
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information is updated in real time, covering the entire journey from dispatch to final delivery.
  • Canadian Orders: Initial tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. Once the package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may become less frequent—we recommend checking the local postal service website of the destination country for the latest status.

6. Handling Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "Delivered" but not received, please follow these steps:

U.S. Orders:

  1. Verify with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk staff, mailroom attendants) to confirm if the package was left at an alternative location.
  2. Contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly using your tracking number to request detailed delivery information.

Canadian Orders:

  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as cross-border customs clearance or international transit may cause unforeseen delays.
  2. Use your tracking number to contact local postal services or customs authorities—packages may be held due to unpaid duties/taxes or a requirement for additional documentation.
  3. Check with family members, neighbors, or local delivery facilities (e.g., post offices) regarding any missed deliveries.

If the Package Remains Unlocated:

  • U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 business days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit and customs processing times).
