Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?
A: Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. International shipping to other regions is not available at this time.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Use a soft tape measure to take your bust/chest, waist, and hip measurements, then reference our Size Guide. For in-between sizes: size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a tailored, snug look.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link once your order ships. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS; Canadian orders use USPS International, and you can continue tracking through Canada Post after it arrives in Canada.
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For U.S. orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package is lost or delayed. For Canadian orders: Allow 5–7 extra business days for customs clearance first, then reach out within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number for assistance.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Funds are credited back to your original payment method, and your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.
